O tipo AA é um rolamento tipo roda livre sem suporte suportado. Os rolamentos são necessários para suportar cargas axiais e radiais. A lubrificação e vedação também devem ser fornecidas pela instalação.
A lubrificação padrão é o óleo. Uma instalação típica é mostrada na página seguinte.
A raça interna está ligada ao eixo. O ajuste para a centralização da raça externa deve ser tolerância H7. A conexão da raça externa é através de parafusos até a nota 10.9 ou superior. Este design pode aceitar um desalinhamento axial da raça interna e externa de ± S / 2.

Type AA is a roller type freewheel non-bearing supported. Bearings are required to support axial and radial loads. Lubrication and sealing must also be provided by the installation.
Standard lubrication is oil. A typical installation is shown on the following page.
The inner race is keyed to the shaft. The fit for centering of the outer race must be to H7 tolerance. Connection of the outer race is via through bolts to grade 10.9 or better. This design can accept an axial misalignment of inner and outer race of ± S/2.
