Os tipos RIZ..G2G3 são elevadores centrífugos das rodas livres do tipo sprag com a roda interna rodando. Somente a raça interna é projetada para freewheeling.
São unidades autônomas projetadas para aplicações de backstop. A velocidade de sobreavaliação não deve ser inferior ao mínimo especificado na tabela. Isso deve ser considerado se estiver usando um drive de velocidade variável.
O parafuso de torque deve ser encaixado em uma ranhura em uma parte fixa da máquina. A folga radial deve ser de 1% do diâmetro do parafuso. O braço de torque e os rolamentos não devem ser carregados axialmente.
Eles são um tipo RIZ equipado com tampas de tipo G com bolsas de graxa e selos de contato livre.

Types RIZ..G2G3 are centrifugal lift off sprag type freewheels with the inner race rotating. Only the inner race is designed for freewheeling.
They are self contained units designed for backstop applications. The overrunning speed must not be less than the minimum specified in the table. This must be considered if using a variable speed drive.
The torque bolt must be fitted into a slot on a fixed part of the machine. The radial clearance should be 1% of the bolt diameter. The torque arm and bearings must not be axially loaded.
They are a type RIZ equipped with G type covers featuring grease pockets and contact free seals.
When ordered complete, the unit is delivered grease lubricated, ready for either horizontal or vertical installation.
