Tipo RIZ..ELG2 é uma elevação centrífuga da roda livre do tipo sprag quando a raça interna está superando. Somente esta corrida é projetada para freewheeling. É uma unidade autônoma projetada para aplicações de embreagem de sobrecarga.
Usado tipicamente em unidades de rastreamento onde a velocidade de sobrecarga é alta, mas a velocidade da unidade é baixa e não excede a velocidade de condução máxima especificada na tabela. É um tipo RIZ equipado com um acoplamento elástico EL e uma tampa G2.
O tipo EL é um acoplamento de alto desempenho utilizado para amortecer as vibrações de torção e para aceitar o desalinhamento sem excesso de carga.
A raça interna deve ser superada e será conectada ao eixo da máquina accionado. Quando encomendado, a unidade é fornecida lubrificada com graxa, pronta para instalação horizontal ou vertical. Os binários indicados na tabela são determinados pela capacidade da roda livre.

Type RIZ..ELG2 is a centrifugal lift off sprag type freewheel when the inner race is overrunning. Only this race is designed for freewheeling. It is a self-contained unit designed for overrunning clutch applications.
Typically used in crawl drives where the overrunning speed is high, but the drive speed is low and does not exceed the maximum driving speed specified in the table. It is a type RIZ equipped with an EL elastic coupling and a cover G2.
The EL type is a high performance coupling used to damp torsional vibrations and to accept misalignment without excess bearing load.
The inner race must overrun and will be connected to the driven machine shaft. When ordered complete, the unit is delivered grease lubricated, ready for either horizontal or vertical installation. The torques given in the table are determined by the freewheel capacity.
